Rebecca is a great teacher and author of nutritional recipe books (where the nutritional content of each dish is detailed after the recipe).
This is her Chocolate Creem Peanut butter Pie.
It is plant-based, sweetened with dry fruits, oil-free, gluten-free and has 20g protein per slice (that's enough for a meal.) So.... healthy!
How would you like this in your diet?
Rebecca's essence is that she has the ability to truly listen to you to discover where you're tripped up in not meeting your goals so she can help you move forward on your path to health and wholeness.
Yummy Mac n Cheeze: easy to make, plant-based, gluten-free, just a teaspoon of oil per serving and 13g protein per serving.
Rebecca helps you transition (as much as you wish) to a
plant-based diet.
She educates you about nutrition-retaining cooking methods, the nutritional content of foods and the many choices of foods to meet your nutritional requirements.
You then choose from these foods those that also satisfy your unique likes, dislikes, tastes and lifestyle as well as speaking to your heritage and family dynamics.
Rebecca will also introduce new foods to you because with a bigger repertoire of healthy foods, we have more choices from which to feel satisfied.
This journey is about self-discovery, accepting yourself, and loving yourself into health and wholeness.

I have been seeing Rebecca for 2 months now. I have more energy that is sustained throughout the day. I've learned what snacks I need to keep me from binging at the end of the day. My digestion is better and undisturbed. I've learned to cook dinner for my family and we are all benefitting from a healthier lifestyle. Rebecca helps me with the meals and grocery list and I've learned to plan ahead. The food bills are so much lower now too. So far, really good. I can now see my old habits are still there and easy for me to slide back into, but I've got tools and support and successes that are helping me create new habits. And I feel so much better following Rebecca's suggestions now, that is the best motivation.

I went to Rebecca because I had intense gastritis and couldn't eat and was losing weight and energy. I wanted to be vegan on the recommendation of my doctor but I didn't know how. I called 5 other health coaches before I found Rebecca to help me. Within 2 weeks my gastritis subsided enough where I could start to add other foods than those originally allowed. Within 2 months, it was gone like I never knew I had it. Rebecca is intuitive and extremely knowledgeable about what will work for me.
I am now a full fledged, confident vegan and feel healthier than I ever have. My blood sugar is now normal as is my cholesterol, which I had never been able to help before becoming vegan. My doctor is thrilled.
I also have Essential Tremor and run a support group for this. Rebecca came and gave a wonderful talk on nutrition for this issue to my group.

Why do I need a health coach?
If you're stuck: you've been trying to change and haven't.
If you want to make some forward progress with gently accountability and not waste time and energy backtracking.
If you have health issues that aren't healing to your satisfaction with western medicine alone and you want to expand your nutritional and body awareness.
If your doctor told you to eat plant-based to heal your cancer or other illness, and you don't know how but you want to try.
When change is afoot, it's admirable to ask for help to feel better or age gracefully or in navigating either health problems or life situations that impact health.
Shouldn't I be disciplined enough to do this on my own? I could save money doing it on my own.
Assuming you had all the information you need, yes, you should, but we don't. We need our community. We exist to help each other. I help you see things you might miss or see things differently. I give you courage and perspective. Your success brings me joy and purpose and gratitude.
Eating and other behaviors are often about family ties, social expectations and loyalty; to have someone to talk you through your connections and create a new version of old food traditions is something we can cocreate.
Can't I get the information from the internet?
I personally, have found a great deal of misinformation in the nutritional world on the internet. I have had to undo misinformation clients have thought was true that was impeding their progress. I have written newsletters trying to clear up such misinformation. Also, it tends to want to sell something or puts a microscope on one aspect, one vitamin and doesn't look at the whole of your health. Some sites seem to be getting better lately gratefully but how would you know which ones without putting in the time learning and understanding so you can make the discernment yourself?
